Racing TONIGHT at Seymour

Seymour August 11- 9:30 AM There will be a full 5 division point show tonight on the 1/3 mile banked clay oval at the Seymour Speedway. Spectator Eliminator races will close the program.

Join us in recognizing all the local Fire and Rescue personel for their dedicated work they do for us each day.

The pit opens at 3PM with late sign in at 5.

The Grandstand opens at 4 PM.

Racing starts at 6 PM…SHARP!

This Sunday August 11 at Seymour

August 9, Special – Racing continues this Sunday August 11 at the Seymour Speedway with a complete 5 division, full point program on the 1/3 mile clay oval. 


The Spectator Eliminators will see their final appearance of the season to close the nights activities.


N.E.W. DIRT has invited all local Fire and Rescue teams for the evening in appreciation for everything they do not only in the racing community but in every community year round.


Pit opens at 3 PM with the late sign in at 5PM.

The grandstand opens at 4 PM with racing starting at 6 PM…SHARP!!


After this weeks program three events remain on the 2013 schedule.


The Trailer Race has been rescheduled for August 18.


The Faster Pastor 4 Cylinder race will take place on August 25.   This will also be the final point night for all of the IMCA Divisions.


Labor Day weekend, September 1 will be the final Summer Holiday Classic Series race of the season headlined by the WDLMA Late Models.   The Street Stock and 4 Cylinder divisions will run their final point night.    The IMCA divisions will also compete but in a non-point night.



N.E.W. DIRT would like to THANK everyone for the continued support throughout the season.   We know you have other choices and appreciate you choosing to spend your Sunday nights with us.    We invite you all to join us for the final four races of the 2013 season at the Seymour Speedway.




N.E.W. DIRT is planning on hosting their first Trailer Race after the full racing program at the Seymour Speedway on Sunday August 18.

Club officials would like to know how many people are planning to participate

The race will pay the top three positions with the winner taking $100.
